Ingredients
- 8 oz ground pork
- 4 oz shrimp, chopped
- 24 thin wonton wrappers
- 2 shiitake mushrooms, minced
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- White pepper
- Optional garnish
Method
- Mix pork, shrimp, mushrooms, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, sugar, and pepper.
- Stir until sticky.
- Place filling in wrappers.
- Shape into open-topped cylinders.
- Flatten bases so they stand.
- Steam 7–9 minutes.
