Ingredients
- 8 oz shrimp
- 6 slices white bread
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- White pepper
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Sesame seeds, optional
- Oil for frying
Method
- Chop shrimp into a paste.
- Mix with egg white, soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, and cornstarch.
- Spread paste on bread.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
- Cut into triangles.
- Fry shrimp-side down first, then turn.
- Drain and serve hot.
