Ingredients

- 1 cup stock

Method
- Prepare seafood in pieces of similar cooking size.
- Stir-fry seafood briefly and remove.
- Cook garlic, ginger, and vegetables.
- Add stock and seasonings.
- Return seafood.
- Thicken lightly.
- Serve with rice.
