Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh egg noodles
  • 1 cup sliced char siu
  • 12 cooked wontons
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Blanched choy sum
  • Pickled green chiles

Method

  1. Mix dark soy, light soy, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and hot water.
  2. Blanch noodles briefly.
  3. Toss hot noodles with sauce.
  4. Top with char siu and greens.
  5. Serve wontons in soup or alongside.
  6. Add pickled green chiles.
