Ingredients

Method

  1. Blanch pork ribs and rinse.
  2. Add pork, lotus root, peanuts, dates, ginger, and water to a pot.
  3. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
  4. Cook 90 minutes to 2 hours.
  5. Skim as needed.
  6. Season near the end with salt and white pepper.
