Ingredients
- Thin wrappers or small pancakes
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup shredded cucumber
- 1 cup blanched potato shreds
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp chile oil
- 2 tbsp black vinegar
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar

Method
- Prepare and chill shredded vegetables.
