Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers

Method

  1. Mix filling with ginger, soy sauce, and white pepper.
  2. Place a small amount of filling in each wrapper.
  3. Seal firmly with water.
  4. Fry until golden and crisp.
  5. Drain well.
  6. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
