Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 8 oz pork, shrimp, chicken, tofu, or another filling
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- White pepper

Method
- Mix filling with ginger, soy sauce, and white pepper.

- Seal firmly with water.
- Fry until golden and crisp.
